Maine Construction Career Days is an annual hands-on event designed to introduce students to the wide range of opportunities available in the construction industry. Hosted in West Bath, Maine with students attending from all over the state, the event brings together contractors, unions, suppliers, and industry professionals to provide live demonstrations, interactive equipment experiences, and career insights. Students have the chance to operate machinery, learn about different trades, and connect directly with employers and training programs. The goal is to inspire the next generation workforce by showcasing the rewarding, high-demand careers that construction has to offer.
